The Facilities Support Office of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi's Facilities Services is dedicated to effectively managing the financial resources of the department. Further, the Facilities Support Office is committed to supporting the department's various service areas in meeting their stated goals.
The Plant Support Office is responsible for the business and financial affairs of the department, which includes purchasing, accounting, budget, personnel transactions, payroll, and travel. The Plant Support Manager serves as the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Coordinator for Facilities Services.
The storeroom is the Facilities Services' local hardware store. These parts, supplies, and tools are stocked on campus for convenience and cost savings. We stock a large variety of custodial and building maintenance parts and supplies. When issued these items are charged to the appropriate account in our computerized maintenance management system.
